GETTING STARTED WITH CARBUCKS
To receive Cashback on your purchases, shop at a Carbucks merchant partner with your credit card linked to your Carbucks account. Once you complete a transaction with in five (5)^ days , you will receive a notification in your Carbucks App confirming the Carbucks Cashback amount.
Each Carbucks merchant partner offer is either specifically online, in app or instore. Follow the Cashback offer prompts to complete your purchase. Carbucks Cashback is in addition to website applied discounts and first-time purchase offers but not valid in conjunction with any other cashback merchant partner offers.
- In app offer – Access the merchant partners IN-APP OFFER via Carbucks App and complete your purchase.
- In store offer – Shop INSTORE with our merchant partners, with your credit card linked to your Carbucks account.
- Online offer – Complete your purchase on the Carbucks merchant partners ON-LINE STORE (either by the app or online as long as you make the payment using the credit card linked to the Carbucks App)
Carbucks cash back excludes voucher codes, gift cards, cash back and coupon deals and you are unable to claim the offer if you use a payment platform such as Afterpay, Zip or Paypal.
